Care for Tomorrow

For 141 years, Ascension St. Vincent’s talented physicians, nurses and professionals have been providing exceptional care for body, mind and spirit – not just for the whole patient, but for the whole family. We are committed to expanding access to best-in-class care for children and families across Indiana.

As the fundraising arm of Ascension St. Vincent and Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital, the Ascension St. Vincent Foundation raises and stewards philanthropic gifts to support the greatest needs of the hospital, including charity care, important programs and services, capital projects and enhancing patient care.

Care for Tomorrow is the largest fundraising campaign in the history of the Ascension St. Vincent Foundation and provides you with the opportunity to serve Hoosier mothers, infants and families through the power of philanthropy. This campaign was created to respond to maternal and infant health challenges we must address to forge the tomorrow we seek for our families and our communities.

Care for Tomorrow, our campaign to bolster the care we can offer the community, consists of three priorities:

  • Continuum of Care — assuring the most important services are available in the new Women and Children’s Tower on day one
  • Supporting Families — allowing us to expand proven supportive programs
  • For the Future — providing the hospital with flexibility to adapt to emerging conditions and funding vital medical research

“It is a family-centered approach that will allow us to treat the most high-risk pregnancies as well as the low-risk ones that can go south in a moment’s notice. Under any circumstance, whether it’s the baby or the mom (or both) who need care urgently, separating a mother from her newborn is not ideal. They need time to bond, become familiar with each other, and connect. We need to be able to offer maternal and NICU care all in one place with all of the services that may be needed in the case of a complex medical situation.”
